What is kpop?

So most probably you have heard the term "kpop" but what is it exactly? Kpop is basically Korean pop music. Here,unlike most other music industries, the songs have a vocal part, a rap part, and sensational choreography. 

What is a kpop idol?

The artists that perform these songs are known as idols. There are several idols in the industries. to name a few.....

Soloists-I.U, Sunmi, Chungha, Somi, Taeyeon

Famous kpop bands

BTS- This is a boy band that shook the entire planet. BTS is a band under the BIGHIT ENTERTAINMENT company. It has 7 members- RM, JIN, SUGA, J-HOPE, JIMIN, V, JUNGKOOK. It is THE biggest boy group in the whole world breaking several records.

TWICE-This is the biggest girl group in Asia. It is a band under the JYPE. It has 9 members-NAYEON, JEONGYEON, JIHYO, MOMO, MINA, SANA, DAHYUN, CHAEYOUNG, TZUYU.

EXO-This is one of the biggest kpop boy groups. It is under SM ENTERTAINMENT. It originally had 13 members out of which 4 members have left the group.
